Dhartian Dynamics
A NEW PERSPECTIVE ON CHRONIC DISEASES. PREVENTIVE AND CURATIVE.
Today’s human beings are witnessing the shocking birth of a new type of being that has apparently come into conflict with the world (the anthropocene as a constant battle) and that is therefore gradually being felled by exhaustion…
The ability to adapt, to be sufficiently flexible in the face of social, physical and emotional challenges often fails us. We are tired, over-stimulated, restless and in chronic pain, often accompanied by feelings of depression.
What could be the ultimate goal if you really want to help people? Perhaps a transfer of knowledge, insight and understanding of what is really happening today?
kPNI is a medicine that digs far deeper than the symptom or the photo, but looks for the film of a person’s life. It draws on the latest information from biomedical sciences: anatomy, physiology, neurology, immunology, (epi)genetics, evolutionary biology and psychosocial sciences. It studies why people get sick and what the best preventive and curative measures are.
Our interventions are supported by integral epigenetics, orthomolecular, complementary and lifestyle medicine.
NEUROPSYCHOLOGY AND THERAPEUTIC SUPPORT
Psychotherapeutic support from neuro-immunology.
How do we understand our depressive feelings, our overwhelm, our fears and mood swings from a science called neuro-immunology? Perhaps by understanding the noble play of how the immune system and the nervous system interact and how inflammation of the body can cause mental symptoms such as ‘depression’.
Conversation therapy: character analysis and armoury (survival mechanisms – Wilhelm Reich)
Solution Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT): solution focused
Transgenerational transmission (family lines – epigenetics)
Trauma PTSD (post traumatic stress syndrome)
MUSCLE PAIN INTERVENTIONS, MASSAGE AND ROPTROTHERAPY
The aim of Roptrotherapy is to loosen hardening (adhesions) present in the muscles and connective tissue at a deep level. Our body treatments are given with heat blankets, infrared lamp and essential oil.
EVOLUTIONARY MEDICINE
We are no longer dying en masse from inflammatory diseases but are increasingly suffering from chronic non-infectious diseases.
Chronic stress and a prolonged activity of the immune system takes away a lot of energy and causes damage to the body. There are a number of universal underlying mechanisms in the development of these diseases.
The classical regular way of working is very suitable for treating acute, often life-threatening syndromes. Many chronic complaints are more complex and the above model does not work as well.
WORKSHOPS HOME AND ABROAD
There are no ongoing projects at the moment. We hope to restart in 2023.

Neuropsychology
What could be a definition of health? The ability to adapt, to be sufficiently flexible in the face of social, physical and emotional challenges? What is the ultimate in helping people? Transferring knowledge, insight and understanding? We use scientifically based treatment, with insights from sociology, neurology, endocrinology, psychology and immunology. It is important to understand the interaction between the three main systems: the brain, the metabolism and the immune system. Normally, all three systems should work together in harmony, whereas this cooperation is disturbed in people suffering from chronic discomfort/disease such as depression, anxiety and eating disorders, chronic fatigue syndrome, headaches/migraine, mood swings, agitation, compulsive behaviour and different forms of burn-out, etc…
We also start from the worries and pains that are irrevocably linked to human existence. That is why we start from forces that are in conflict within the individual and from there determine the behaviour of the individual and form the basis of physical ‘armouring’.
The inner conflict we then suffer comes not only from our fight against suppressed instinctual drives, internalised experiences and traumatic memories (transgenerational), but also from the confrontation with our thinking about the world today (the anthropocene).
Evolutionary medicine
PNI therapist in clinical psycho neuroimmunology
Below my kPNI testimonial – June 2021
Because I have actually continued to study my whole life, I consider myself to be a rather searching person. In recent years, however, I felt that my way of working, however interdisciplinary, was still insufficient to cope with many new complaints from my patients. Apparently, the world is evolving quite drastically and super-fast, and man is now experiencing the shocking birth of a new type of being that has apparently become at odds with the world, so to speak: the error of the anthropocene! I saw more and more patients who were felled by exhaustion (always tired!) and who didn’t like their relationship with the Earth any more.
So I started looking for a way to deeply anchor and situate my therapy (Reichian in nature, a combination of body-oriented roptrotherapy and psychotherapy) in evolutionary medicine. A lucky coincidence led me to a KPNI congress in Leuven and there I immediately felt I was in the right place. So I immediately enrolled in the training as a PNI therapist.
What Stanley Keleman and Alexander Lowen, students of Wilhelm Reich, had developed in terms of character structures and body shapes was already a form of evolutionary medicine, but from the beginning of the kPNI training, the most recent scientific studies were added to this, an approach that works in a very profound, holistic and integrative way.
Because I work with the body as well as with psycho-energetics, I noticed that in many people the energy no longer flowed and I saw who was animated and who was de-energised. Many live in loneliness, in what they experience as a disenchanted world, sometimes in a victim role, mostly trapped in a rigid image of themselves, constantly feeling that something precious has been lost, themselves, the Self.
So it was particularly gratifying during the modules that, in addition to the seven body structures (Reich), a Paleo Human Being and a Farmer were now added, as well as a Habituator and a Non-Habituator. Stress and fight systems were now taking shape through neurotransmitters, and I was stunned to see how each of my ‘characters’ connected to a part of our immune system.
The fragile and the robust took shape, the story about ‘hermetic storms’ stimulated my senses, the push and pull mechanism of the three super systems slowly took shape through new insight in the way they played their noble game together.
All these insights I now experience as a new kind of life philosophy that actually teaches patients to take control of their own lives again and find the way to a more flexible and anti-fragile life. Strange but true, a kind of medicine that digs far deeper than the symptom, but looks for the film of a person’s life.
This approach makes people think about a limited number of fundamental working mechanisms that make our body a place where it is good to live in it for a long time and full of energy: in short, pure Resoleomics!
Psycho-energetics
Today we feel very keenly that there is a ‘gap’ in the evidence of things, but who is repairing it? Psycho-energetics’ is a practice by which the soul (‘psyche’) once again provides energy to our functioning as human beings. Not just to the individual or the Ego in us, but to our position among all other humans and within the nature that makes our body internally and surrounds it externally in the cosmos. Many disciplines are therefore involved, not only traditional psychology (the ’teaching’ of the ‘soul’) and psychotherapy (‘care of the soul’), but also philosophy, religion and neuroimmunology.
What is central is thus an exploration of all possible (true and false) reasons to be fully HUMAN. Equally central is an interpretation of Desire, which should encourage us to take control of our lives. But to what extent can and may we still desire, to what extent may we still strive for recognition of who or what we are…
What can we not see, and what can make us suddenly happy in a flash of a second, make us feel connected to something bigger than ourselves that has eluded us until now?
Intensive muscle pain interventions and massages
Deep connective tissue massage. The aim of Roptrotherapy is to loosen hardening in the muscles in order to restore long-term joint mobility and reduce the original pain. It is assumed that hardening of muscles is the result of connective tissue adhesions in the central part of the muscle. In healthy muscles, the muscle fibres are all parallel to each other. With adhesions, connective tissue bridges are formed.
Body massages
Essential oils. Our treatments are given on heat blankets and with INFRARED.

Prof. Em. Freddy Decreus (°1949) was attached for thirty years to the Classical Languages department at Ghent University. He also set up the Ritual Theatre course for the Department of Theatre Studies and wrote about the bio-energetic functioning of the actor’s body. His recent monograph ‘The Ritual Theatre of Theodoros Terzopoulos’ (Routledge, 2019) elaborated this perspective fully in terms of a gradual build-up of energy that flows through the body & mind of the actors, metaphorically translated as the arrival of and the taking possession by Dionysos! His publications on Greek mythology are also based on theories from psychoanalysis, women’s studies and psycho-energetics, which put forward the self-telling human being as a central point of research
